There are a lot of benefits that come with having a healthy and fit body in men. From improved looks, reduced risk of contacting disease and a boost in self confidence are just a few. But what does it take to enjoy such privileges?

The first thing you will need to consider if you want a better body is the diet. You need to watch what you eat. Foods that are rich in fats should be avoided since they have high cholesterol levels. High cholesterol increases the risk of heart failure. You will also need to incorporate fruits in your diet as they help fight infections. Also staying hydrated is very important for a healthy body, so you will need to be taking plenty of water every day.

Exercise is another factor that you will need to practice. You do not have to be necessarily lifting weights but a mere morning run every day will do the trick. Running helps to burn the fat accumulated in the veins and arteries hence increasing the blood flow in other organs.

Exercise and Diet are the two important factors in having a better and healthier body. When you keep them in check you will enjoy the privileges i mentioned before.

Hair transplantation is simply the removal of hair follicles from one part of the body to another part of the body or even to a different person altogether using surgical techniques. I am going to take you through a brief history of how the proceduere has evolved over the years.

In 1897 a Turkish Doctor known as Menahem Hodara successfully performed an implantation where he took hair from the unaffected scalp area to another bald area that had been infected by favus.(a type of skin infection)In the 1930s, Japanese Dermatologists started using follicle unit extraction technique to remove small grafts of hair to replace damaged areas of the eyebrows and lashes.

In 1958,Dermatologist Norman Orentreich from USA proved that transplanted hair grew and thrived just as it would have at the donor. It was previously thought that since a recipient had baldness, then transplanted hair would not grow on him.In the 1980s,Dermatologists started using the strip excisions during transplantation. This is where a part of the scalp is also removed from the donor.

They were previously using the plug technique. In the early 2000s, Doctors developed a new technique known as the slit technique. In this technique, Dermatologist lay the follicle units on the recipient bald area perpendicular to one another in the direction of hair growth. This is the current hair transplant technique being used by most Dermatologists as it provides the patient with the most real and natural results.

It really does feel like the number of people who are going bald these days is going up and up, and while a lot of these people are resorting to a quick, knee jerk reaction and spending a lot of money on a solution, rather than actually doing any research on the causes and the techniques, it is much wiser to take it slow and learn more about the situation.
